DocForam is a versatile research and writing tool that is easy to use and packed with functionality. In addition to the basic functions like the Summarizer, Grammar Checker, Paraphraser, Abstractor, Translator, and Navigator, we would also like to highlight some of its lesser-known features such as Pracey, ClickNotes, the Encoder, and the built-in editor.

Our writing tools such as the Grammar Checker, Paraphraser, and Abstractor have access to the DocForma editor. The editor provides you with many features that are commonly found in most word processors. These features can be used to update or improve the appearance of the output. They include text styling, font selection, color options, font weight adjustments, bullet points, alignment settings, hyperlink insertion, image integration, and other features. When you are done editing, you can save it as a Word-compatible document on your PC or mobile device. Another feature, the QR Encoder, allows you to translate up to 2300 characters into a QR code that you then scan with your mobile device. In many cases a QR code is used to store a link. We take it a step further by allowing you to store text generated by DocForma as a QR code that you can scan with your mobile device and take it with you.

Another clever feature that allows you to store important text is ClickNotes. Any output generated by the Summarizer or Pracey that is marked with the ClickNotes icon can be saved for later reference in your DocForma storage space. You can eventually consolidate your collection of ClickNotes into a single document using the Summarizer, which can be further refined using the writing tools with a simple mouse click and no typing.

Finally, we would like to conclude with Pracey, the DocForma chatbot. Pracey comes in two forms: document Pracey and standalone Pracey. Document Pracey utilizes a unique machine learning technology that enables it to respond to questions regarding the document you have summarized. When combined with ClickNotes, you can explore and store any important excerpts that may be generated by your dialog with Pracey.

Standalone Pracey can be accessed through the top navigation bar and can respond to general queries or answer questions about DocForma, but that's not all. It has two other powerful features: its search interface and its follow-up query generator. The search interface allows you to perform a search using the same text that was entered for the query. It will then display a list of search results for that query.

The follow-up query generator is automatically triggered for most of Pracey's responses. For example, if you ask the question "Where is Tasmania?", Pracey will respond with the answer and also generate a relevant question about Tasmania such as "How does Tasmania's geographical location impact its climate and environment compared to other regions in Australia?". At this point, you can either click the question to get the follow-up answer, enter your own query, or simply highlight any word or phrase in the output to get more information about it.
