Meet Pracey, DocForma’s Generative AI Chatbot

We are excited to introduce Pracey, a unique chatbot created by the makers of DocForma. Pracey combines the advantages of chat, search, and machine learning to provide an integrated feature that allows you to delve deeper into any topic, including guidance on using DocForma.
While this is still experimental, we have made great progress on the effectiveness of Pracey to answer any query you may have.
There are multiple ways in which you can use Pracey: as an assistant to answer questions about a summarized document, when selecting text from the summarized output, or for general questions about any topic including DocForma.
When using Pracey with output from the DocForma Summarizer, simply click on the Pracey icon and enter your query. Alternatively, you can highlight a word or phrase in the summarized output and then you will have the option to submit it as a query to Pracey. If you want to use Pracey for general queries that are not related to the Summarizer, click the corresponding button on the top navigation bar and enter your query. In this mode, Pracey will respond to the query and automatically search the internet for the same query. The results will be displayed in separate output tabs - one showing the query response and the other showing the search results list.
In addition, Pracey also allows you to save query responses to your ClickNotes file for future reference. We will explore ClickNotes further in an upcoming article.
